Harriet Wallace-Jones and Emma Sewell founded their textile design studio after graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1990. Working from London and Dorset, they continue to pioneer excellence and originality in their woven designs.
Known for their innovative use of color, structure and yarn, Wallace Sewell create scarves with strikingly bold, asymmetric blocks and stripes.
Emma and Harriet are proud to have always worked in the UK, embracing the British Textile Industry for its wealth of expertise and production excellence.The design process begins on handlooms in the London and Dorset studios, and the scarves are woven in a family-run mill, then washed and pressed to give the scarves a luxurious hand.
Wallace Sewell’s multicolored Merino Lambswool juxtaposes bold, asymmetric stripes and subtle geometric structures with a beautifully soft finish.
