"Tangled Up In Blue" Organic Earl Grey Tea
Tea provides comfort, familiarity and, when shared, social communion. Add versatility — do you want a morning boost or a late-afternoon chill? — and it makes sense that tea is joyfully sipped from Marylebone to Mumbai to Memphis. We especially love these T Project blends out of Portland, Oregon: tea alchemist Teri Gelber’s hand-blended creations of quality teas, herbs, spices and flowers, thoughtfully packaged in locally sourced recycled materials.
T Project's salute to Earl Grey has a bold hit of Italian bergamot. The perfumed citrus make this hearty black brew uplifting and bright. Research suggests that the oil of bergamot helps fight stress, anxiety and depression. So when you’re feeling “tangled up in blue,” turn to this glorious blend of Indian black tea and bergamot oil, scattered with blue cornflowers.
