Billet + Blade is a one-woman workshop in Nashville, Tennessee dedicated to making simple things from simple materials (with simple tools.) The long-handled pan spoon is hand carved from locally soured fallen or trimmed trees, then hand-rubbed with linseed oil and local beeswax.  Perfect for cooking and serving, the Billet + Blade pan spoon is made to endure daily use for years to come.
