"Smoke on the Water" Organic Lapsang Souchang
Tea provides comfort, familiarity and, when shared, social communion. Add versatility — do you want a morning boost or a late-afternoon chill? — and it makes sense that tea is joyfully sipped from Marylebone to Mumbai to Memphis. We especially love these T Project blends out of Portland, Oregon: tea alchemist Teri Gelber’s hand-blended creations of quality teas, herbs, spices and flowers, thoughtfully packaged in locally sourced recycled materials.
Black tea smoked over pine wood is a long tradition in the Fujian province. T Project softens the smokiness with organic licorice, cardamom and ginger. It's a truly exciting, flavorful and friendly blend.
